100 FOLLOWERS SPECIAL
I decided that if I got 100 followers, I would listen to the Swans trilogy as Soundtracks For The Blind is an album I enjoyed A LOT and I've heard great things about the trilogy as well. We start off with The Seer, which is a very instrumentally grandiose and dark album. I view this album as almost being in the mind of someone who has completely lost their sanity. Despite being a dark album, I actually think there is great replay value throughout this album ... read more
My original review for this album sucked lmao. Anyways this album is absolutely amazing, Deserving of every praise it receives. I especially love the soul elements of this album such as in Ex-Factor, The rap performances on this album are also fantastic, such as Doo Wop and Lost Ones. I don't think there much I can say about this album without parroting and repeating what others can say, so imma just end the review here lmao.

My old review for this album was like 1 sentence, I'm making it better. I've tried to love this album more, but in my opinion outside of Bound 2, the 2nd half kinda falls apart. Dont get me wrong though, this album still has songs worthy of praise. The production on Black Skinhead and Bound 2 is STELLAR, I love the vibe of Hold My Liquor, and I find New Slaves to be a very interesting song. Overall though, I just don't find this album to be as notable as some people think it ... read more
Although I don't find this album to be quite as creative or notable as their future works, It is still a sold and great listen. The main things going for this album is replay value in songs like Fake Plastic Trees, and instrumentation, as I find Radioheads lyrics and songwriting can be found at their best and most interesting on albums such as OK Computer and Kid A. The main downside once again, is that sometimes this album just simply isn't as interesting as one might want it to ... read more
Although the album has its low points, and I think It could have been a little more interesting, the album absolutely makes up for it in its high points such as "Answer". Normally I'm not a fan of major music critic publications as I find them to be bias towards popularity as opposed to quantity but I think the "Pretty Much Amazing" review sums it up decently.

Went into this album not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did, amazing instrumentation. This album kinda makes me more grateful for this site as without it, I likely would have never discovered this. I love the way all the sounds of this album are implemented, whether its the drones of Storge, or the shoegaze elements found throughout other pieces of this album. Absolutely deserving of its praises.

Bro turned into future. Actually kinda makes me excited to see what the album will be like seeing as he is experimenting with different voices
The 2 best songs off of the album, Epitaph is possibly the greatest song ever written
I used to think this album was really overrated, I thought it was good, but top 40 on the website? Now I understand why this album is so beloved by the community on this website. The production is absolutely outstanding and I find Peggy's flow and delivery to always add to a song greatly. Concluding this short re-review, I will say that not only can I say that this is still Peggy's best album, but also, to be completely honest possibly the best album of the decade.

Although it isn't anything that particularly challenges how you think about music, it is synthpop perfection. I highly recommend this album anybody looking to just listen to music that has an overall positive vibe, it's easy to love, and It's definitely your own fault if you hate it. Also, Enjoy The Silence is one of the greatest songs ever, it's just everything great about this album, and its definitely the best song that the radio stations loooove to play.
