Probably the best doom metal album I’ve ever heard, incredible vocals mixed with beautiful instrumentals make every song a must listen, it leaves me wanting more and I will definitely be keeping tabs on Crypt Sermon from here on out.

Some amazing songs but overall fairly unimpressive, a very top heavy album that runs out of steam around the halfway mark.

Not their best but still an iconic album from an iconic band.

A very fun album, they truly sound like they’re doing whatever they want throughout it and it translates well into the actual music.

My introduction to Iron Maiden, an incredible showing with incredible performances from everyone involved, I highly recommend it.

The album to put contemporary metal on my radar. An incredible showing from Lamb Of God and especially in the vocal of Randy Blythe, the lyricism is constantly great and the words are clear even through his harsh vocals making this my go to recommendation for anyone who wants to get into death metal.

One of my favorite albums of all time, this was the closest thing I’ve had to a religious experience. Their break out song Man In The Box is incredibly well deserved for the grunge innovators along with my personal favorite song Bleed The Freak showing Layne and Jerry’s incredible vocals. Truly a must listen.

An amazing grunge album by my favorite grunge band, it’s clear that they were experimenting more with this album and it shows it wonderfully in the instrumentation. And Layne’s vocals are perfect as usual.

Technical death excellence, the first full project of their I’ve listened to and I already feel they are one of my favorite bands.

It’s very good for what it is, an early 2010s inspired rock LP, with some songs that a genuinely adore which is very uncommon for this type of music, I’m excited to see how Sleep Theory evolves their sound over time.

A truly beautiful album, raw emotion mixed with the masterful playing makes this a must listen for any listener period. Stand outs such as And I Smoke and Gans Media Retro Games show how truly amazing Tades is a vocalist with raw, emotional vocals. Along with that there’s Betty which is a hauntingly beautiful song.
