Mike Shinoda - Post Traumatic
72

A lot of songs sound the same, but with the story behind every song, and what Mike was going through at the time, it's surprising that he's done so well on the album. Only song I really don't like is Running From My Shadow, solely for grandson's part. Don't really love his voice but whatever.

Shinedown - Us and Them
68

Something about the album just feels kinda off to me. There is so much potential with the lyrics and writing, but something's missing that leaves most songs without a pop factor.
Edit: Sounds better on cd, and for that reason, 63 -> 68

Horsed - Snake Pit
76

The fact that one person made all of this is astounding, especially with how good every single song is.

Horsed - Another Snake Pit
69

Fun little electronic ambient album good for game menu music.

Skillet - Comatose
96

Tons of variation in all forms in this album, and they really included a lot of different styles representative of who they are. Songs like Falling Inside the Black are peak Christian rock.

Skillet - Unleashed
91

Tons of really strong and in-your-face tracks which makes for a hell of a rock album.

Skillet - Dominion
78

Unfortunately, as much as I would love to sing the praises of this album, the rest of this website is deaf I guess. Now, some parts of the album feel a little boring or unremarkable, but even though this site seems to hate it, I love White Horse. It's very unique as far as Skillet goes, and it's a really nice blend of dubstep and rock with some cool lyrics and a dope vibe overall. The title track also goes insanely hard.

Skillet - Revolution
80

I don't understand why so many people hate this album. Yeah, sure, it's very Christian, and as a Christian, I naturally lean towards it, but the production, instrumentation, and mixing makes for a decently powerful and interesting album. Ash in the Wind and Fire Inside of Me are basically the same song though.

Dr. Yaro - Minimum ça
78

Another really well mixed French song with great percussion that goes great with tennis.

GIMS - SOIS PAS TIMIDE
80

My friend who takes French got me into this. Goes hard with tennis.

Daft Punk - Discovery
94

Just a really good edm/dance album that goes above and beyond with mixing and sound design.

Daft Punk - Homework
78

Weird, fun, simple, and repetitive (in a good way) electronic track back when it was cool. Very long though.

Daft Punk - Random Access Memories
89

Get Lucky is NOT the best, don't argue, just accept it.

ENNIO - Nirvana
94

Edit: 83->94

He kind of has a gravelly, remorseful voice akin to Louis Armstrong at times, and then can immediately switch to some weird bouncy electronic song and be super upbeat, and he does it weirdly well.

Souleye - PPPPPP
95

This game and soundtrack made memories for us all, me included. Thanks Terry for making VVVVVV a thing (and thanks Terry for getting Magnus on the soundtrack)

Kordhell - A MILLION WAYS TO MURDER
78

As taboo as this genre is, this is definitely one of, if not the best albums of all time from the style. Really well mixed and has some great melodies.

Kordhell - MUSIC FOR THE FUNERAL
28

Had so much potential, but just inexplicably flopped and missed. Has a few alright tracks (aka literally just HALLUCINATIONS) but the rest is just sad.

Rebelion - Retaliation
74

Grew on me a ton, kind of like an Artificial Intoxication track a few years after the album dropped, but still good.

Rebelion - ZAAG IN PARIS
73

First part of drop 1 blows, literally the simplest drop that could've been, but everything else is fine. The effects on the vocals make them really pop. One of the better parts of the track.

Remzcore - Dynamite
87

Really vibrant and fast-paced song with tons of good kicks and mixing.
