Corey Feldman’s voice sounds like he’s trying to scare the neighborhood kids off of his lawn. Every song is mixed like hogwash. The features suck but at least the songs are horribly written. And funny enough, so many resources were thrown into this behemoth of trash, yet every idea just fails. But I still return to this album for the sprinkles of comedic bliss. Thank you Comeback King Corey
It’s like a witches brew of different metal influences. And the pot brewed up is a sludgy, poetic masterpiece. Dax has a one of a kind voice. Very edgy album art.
Good one to troll people with. Some of these songs live rent free in my head unfortunately. “WARRRRR LORRRRD!”
Need to return to this one. Just didn’t stick with me like some of Floyd’s other projects. Still some amazing songs on here.
Shine On You Crazy Diamond pts I-IX is some peak art rock. Absolutely heartbreaking given the story behind the album. Every track is Floyd near perfection. No matter how many times I hear Wish You Were Here, I will never tire of it. Timeless.
Don’t think it’s Floyd’s best, but it was my introduction to the band and one hell of one at that. This album gets more relevant the older I get.
Love every track except Seamus and San Tropez. Echoes is absolutely breath taking. A Pillow of Winds fills me with a calmness not many songs can…
Best Floyd album. Every second on this bad boy is sublime. Wouldn’t change a thing <3
What a debut. This is a truly unique album. Sunglasses has one of the most beautiful minimal intros I’ve ever heard. Really love the sound BC, NR created with this album.
I mean, what can I say other than this is (imo of course) the best rock record of the 2010s and frankly one of the best rock albums ever written. Josh brings the best out of himself, the band and all other collaborators on this project. Every single song is amazing. I Appear Missing, I Sat by the Ocean, Fairweather Friends, the title track… hell, I could list every song as my favorite on here.
This one has yet to grow on me… love Fortress, The Evil has Landed and Feet Don’t Fail Me, but I am so lukewarm on the rest of this thing. Hopefully it grows on me one day but for now, I can say this is QOTSA at their weakest.
Better than Villains… but has to be my second least favorite from Queens. Still some absolutely solid tunes, just didn’t resonate as a complete album all that much for me…
Emperor Greep exceeded my expectations with this one. My god, The Magician and Holy, Holy are two of the most explosive songs I’ve heard in years… sublime
Love the improv jam sessions on this album. Fracture is a mystifying song… as a guitarist, it scares me ever attempting to learn it.
Not my favorite Crimson record, but it’s still very enjoyable and quite humorous at times. I know Fripp himself has hated on this record but I don’t think it’s their worst at all.
Larks part 1 and 2 have my favorite endings to any Crimson song (besides Starless). Every track is prog magic.
Slept on Gem. Love love love the title track. It fills me with peace, unlike most of KC’s work, which is why it stands out to me so much. Formentera Lady and Sailor’s Tale are also bloody brilliant track.
Adding Belew to the mix was such an amazing move for Crim. No skips, only Fripps…
My introduction to Crimson and my initial favorite record. It is no longer my fav, but that doesn’t change this thing from absolutely kicking ass. 21st Century Schizoid Man is one of the best album openers.
