Nothing to great but still really good, I think night shift is the best
One word: Euclid.
Euclid really is everything on this album, from the soft piano to the uplifting chorus, everything about Euclid is near-perfect. (Also no trap section!!!) ESPECIALLY the part where it repeats The Night Does Not Belong To God. Just awesome
I think this is the worst of sleep tokens albums (still good tho) but Night doesn’t belong to God is peak and it’s a prequel to Euclid, the best Sleep Token song
Listening to this song is like heaven(er)
Ha see what I did there I made a play on words describing how the song is and what the album is called I’m a genius
Anyway this is so good. The high, soothing choruses to the screaming parts all meld together so well
Can you take me hiiiiigher
To a place where blind men seeee
Can you take me hiiiigher
To a place with golden streeets
(Ik different band but still applies)
Serj’s fake fast rap-sing-chanting stuff makes me unreasonably mad. They’re too political as well. Idk I get that a lot of people like this and I’m not mad at em… but this is just bad to me… sorry.
Yknow I thought this was pretty good. I discovered WATG shortly into my metalcore phase before I found bands like Architects and Killswitch, and WATG are a very good Christian metalcore band. Just compared to what I like now (listening to End of Heartache by Killswitch Engage rn) they don’t really hold up…
One of the best songs of this year. Just so calming to listen to, as are lots of Even in Arcadia’s songs.
I mean there’s not much I can say that hasn’t already been said. The only tracks in here I really don’t like are electioneering and climbing up the walls
I can’t really put my finger on it, but I really don’t like this. It’s too chaotic.
Pretty fun, mindless metalcore. Not too much going on here but what is going on is pretty good.
Incredible successor to a really great album. I need another Spiritbox album within the next 2 years here’s hoping 🤞
I don’t think this is WATGs best work, that title goes to Eulogies, but this is pretty good too, although kinda short
