HELL YEAH BRO!!!!!!!!!! This is genuinely one of the best albums ever created. Avant-Garde Jazz, Grindcore and Brutal Prog mixes up so well, John Zorn might just be my favorite Jazz musician ever
One of the most insane albums I've ever heard tbh. Still really good all things considered though. Weird samples everywhere plus so, so much harsh noise
would be higher if the closer didn't drag as much as it did. But yeah, this album is fucking insane. Insane noises and really sick completely improvised drumming
Day 1: 90/100
The first day was super strong and there wasn't a single bad track
Day 2: 94/100
Somehow even better??? This album is so fucking good bro. They manage to make my least favorite KGLW songs sound good
Day 3: 95/100
Great energy, this stuff is genuinely so fucking good.
Overall: This album has great energy, and some amazing live performances. They make songs I first thought were mid or bad sound at worst good and at best fucking amazing. And the other songs that i already ... read more
I'm not a huge fan of Luxury Elite's half (even though it's still very cool). Saint Pepsi's half on the other hand is fucking incredible. MAC TONIGHT is one of the most fun songs I've ever heard period.
I wasn't very happy before I listened to this album
I came out really happy
Great future funk and Vaporwave that makes you wanna dance. Saint Pepsi is a master at this genre.
One of the first Screamo albums I heard, and it made me really like the genre. Insane vocals, cool ass instrumentation and a sick cover.
One of the most insane albums I've ever heard. So fucking complex, noisy, dense and chaotic. This is one of the albums that got me into the harsher side of Breakcore, and I cannot thank Xanopticon enough for that. Overall, this shit is insane and you should 100% listen to it.
Deranged shit dude. What dudes in Canada decided to make a band, name it something Japanese even though they're fucking Canadian, make it one of the most noisy and abrasive Grindcore records ever and then just disband after releasing one album?
Idk man, this was just kinda boring. Some cool stuff here and there, and some of the atonal riffs were pretty cool, it's just a little unintersting
this shi js boring af, i don't get the hype at all. I don't get it man, can someone explain why it's so great to me??
I don't really get the hype around this one. What am I missing? The concept with all tracks using the diatonic modes of the major scale is pretty cool though, I'm not gonna lie.
Pretty cool throughout, some pretty unique industrial rock. Unfortunately they are fr*nch though
John McLaughlin is such a dumb name LMAO. The music here is very good tho
This is my first experience with harsh noise wall (this is coming from a noise fan btw). I'm not entirely sure to think about this. The lack of change was kind-of a turn-off, but at the same time the one sound present here is actually pretty cool. I can absolutely see why someone would hate this. I don't hate it, but I don't really like it either. I'm very split.
Not as good as absence, but it's very close. Every sing here is a fucking banger. They have such a unique way of doing hip hop that scratches a very particular itch for me
So fucking brutal dude. This makes cannibal corpse seem like metallica. Wtf are they putting in the water in spain. Reverb on war metal sounds so cool yet terrifying bro
I don't quite like this as much as their debut, but it's still a very beautiful (and pretty strange) blackgaze album. Really damn strange riffs on this album, ngl
