sometimes beautiful, sometimes melancholy, got a little of everything I guess

lil ugly mane has to be one of the most diverse artists. after listening to this, third side of tape, and volcanic bird, and all of them being really good, I can say that I am quite impressed. also this album has good writing.

definitely not the best I've heard from freddie gibbs. I really like the album tho and think the overall track run is great. but it ain't anything I've never heard before.

this album really sounds like someone just slowly dying, but despite that it's a boring listen altogether. if it weren't for knowing that ryuichi was dying, this album wouldn't really mean anything at all. it's respectable, but just not something i would want to revisit.
