This album is sublime textural sound design exploration. From incredible layering to panning pads, plucky drums and intensity highlights it has it all. Feedback and the usual harsh frequencies of the spectrum are surprisingly explored and I really enjoyed how it sounded throughout the album. What a debut EP. Can't believe it took me so long to listen to this one. "Myrtle Avenue" is the opening road and it starts with an amazing electronic ambience with some jazz influences and evolves into the most classic and minimal majestic fusion. "Obfuse" follows up as a study of groove and syncopation exploring the drum machine which justifies the EP designation in this one. People Who Aren´t There Anymore beginning is a great exemple of the narrative genre and I'm glad of it. It sometimes seems that dancing music can't tell complex stories but synth pop has been proving people wrong since at least the early 80's. Thank you New Order and Depeche Mode. Give Me The Ghost Back might be my favorite track. Consistency and cohesion is the key in this album but I was expecting a little bit more of sonic disruption.
