The Beatles - Revolver
95

In my eyes The Beatles might as well have been called " The Opinion." The Beatles had made 13 different records in the 60's and had made some of the best records of not just the 60's, but of all time. When I was younger I used to just think of Revolver as the record before Sgt. Peppers. Just that. But when I found out this was my mother's favorite record these 4 lads put out I decided it was time to give this one a whirl. So I pulled this record out of my dad's vinyl collection and ... read more

Radiohead - Amnesiac

Not as good as Kid A though, but still good. The album has talent and a couple songs slap me across the face. It is better than their first and second last. (From the time of me writing this review.) But it is good. And stop crying Mr. Bear it is okay you got a good mark.

Radiohead - The King of Limbs
70

The King Of Limbs is probably my second least favorite project from Radiohead. there are a couple bangers on here though. But it barely makes a 70. It isn't that good I don't find any reason to give it that great of a mark.

but I will say something I still love the creativity of the band and their way of somewhat maintaining success. So you get that I guess? But it doesn't have the In Rainbows feel. But it has a somewhat good record so whatever. I SHOULD REALLY STOP ARGUING WITH MYSELF ... read more

Joji - BALLADS 1
70

It's okay. It's not bad I don't know why it has such a low grade, but whatever. The record has good songs on it and "SLOW DANCING IN THE DARK," is a banger the steady flow and the sad moppy lyrics from a broken relationship makes it a good song. "R.I.P." is a good song I never actually thought I would like a Trippie Redd song but here I am today. The album is good and has a couple bangers that make this album good. All though I found this record good I thought it wasn't new ... read more

Laura Marling - Song For Our Daughter
70

Today is my first time listening to this artist and folk isn't my favorite genre of music, but you know there is a new time for everything.

This record was pretty good, I really liked it even with my personal dislike towards folk music. Laura has these really nice, sweet and soft vocals. She lets her guitar strum as she lets her vocals take you away. She definitely shows us that she can use her soft voice to its full extent and not waste one little bit of it.

Her sweet and sligh lyrics that ... read more

The Strokes - The New Abnormal
85

Ugh... The Strokes?! These guys have made me disappointed THREE TIMES. So why listen to this record? For the sake of likes ;) Just kidding i'm doing this cause I saw it got good reviews. So I went to go give it a chance and I went through all of it. Going into this I was thinking I would hate it. But boy was I wrong. FINALLY YES FINALLY! The Strokes are back on TRACK BABY.

Ever since the amount of hate I thought towards there album in 2013 "Comedown Machine." I have never really ... read more

"House of Balloons," is The first and THE BEST album in the "Trilogy," series. Here is when we find out who this man wants to be. He wants to be creepy, but make it sound nice and polished. The disturbing, eerie vocals and high tech production on this record is obviously the best part.

That sound can be heard throughout all of "High For This," which is one of the reasons that this song is such a strong opening track. You can hear someone climbing up the stairs in ... read more

Childish Gambino - 3.15.20
60

Now i'm sorry to hurt your feelings, but I DON'T CARE.

Gambino returns for a new album with just ONE SINGLE. Which happens to be the only song that really made me excited. "Feels like summer," is actually a really good song though the chill beat and silent voice that Gambino shows is something I like. Or maybe it's just the video, because in the video everybody is there and the sun beaming down that's pretty beautiful.

But besides that song I didn't really find another song that was ... read more

Yves Tumor - Heaven to a Tortured Mind

Yves Tumor this is my first time ever hearing this dude. But there is a first time for everything, so let me soak in his lyrics and beats. Don't worry i'm not gonna make the same mistake I did on Mystery Jets album. I know this dude has made other records.

This album was REALLY GOOD. Unlike I disagree, which I have no idea how you people liked. This album made me really excited to see what Yves will do next. His catchy and gnarly vocals that hit your ear like a razorblade that feels nice. ... read more

Poppy - I Disagree

OKAY. I don't mean to burst your bubbles, because I know all you guys on your computers right now are going like.

Chill. This record has the most random ideas and affects. It's not POPPY's vocals that are bad, heck it's not if she's yelling or if she's quiet on one of the songs. It's the stupid metal and random ... read more

BROCKHAMPTON - iridescence
85

This is most definitely a transition from BROCKHAMPTONs saturation series, with their being 3 LPS through out those couple years. The way the band opens up the album with an instant classic from their discography."NEW ORLEANS," the grimmy, fast and I really am starting to love what Joba has been doing. I'm not really used to him rap like, but boy is it good. I feel like Joba adds a new feel to the band. I really like the song THUG LIFE it's a pretty good and chilling song.I like ... read more

THIS RECORD GOOD, I LIKE DIS STUFF, NIRVANA MY FAVORITE BAND, ALL THE STUFF ON THIS ALBUM GOOD. Cap locks off now. This album is one of my favorite records ever. The low deep watery bass on in bloom. The insane drums on Smells Like Teen Spirit how did Dave demolish the drums How did he do it? And Kurt's grimmy grainy vocals that fall out of his mouth on EVERY SINGLE TRACK. My favorite songs on this album are, "Drain you, in bloom, lithium and the whole album."

September 24, 1991 is a ... read more

TOPS - I Feel Alive
70

TOPS I Feel Alive is the most underrated album of 2020 so far. The simple and sligh production on this album makes this indie record really good. The title track and overall the whole album seems so polished.

This style feels so old, but so new. Jane Penny's beautiful and soft lyrics could make me fall asleep. Also for the past few days when I wake up i'll listen to the song on this album "I Feel Alive" because the lyrics and the and the sound makes you happy and calm.

Overall this ... read more

Radiohead - Pablo Honey
55

I didn't have that much fun listening to this, it was boring, kinda dumb and didn't make me jump on my chair bobbing my head up and down. And that is what really made me sad about this record, because "Planet Telex, and Climbing up the walls my two favorite Radiohead songs," made me feel that way and most albums that I have reviewed have at least one good song. This didn't really. The only song that held this together was "Creep," the single.

It is important though to ... read more

Kacey Musgraves - Golden Hour
80

(MY little brother really likes Kacey Musgraves so I decided i'll do this review for him.)

Kacey Musgraves brings you on a trip to heaven, the soft gentle vocals that fly out of Kacey's mouth make this album something great. Kacey shows us her very strong vocals game, and that she can sing like a bird.

Songs like "Butterflies, Slow burn, Lonely Weekend, and mother." Are my overall favorite tracks on this album. Kacey gives the world thirteen songs that break the target. Kacey has ... read more

A$AP Rocky - Babushka Boi
82

I remember when the video for this song came out, that crap was my jam and it still it is. The simple beat, and that dude with the deep voice at the start of the song repeating that line. HIs bars are on point and the weird hook, but whatever.

Rocky returns from prison and comes out with one of my favorite songs of 2019.

Death Grips - Year of the Snitch
90

Time... It is time, yes my friends it is time to review an album I have been looking forward to reviewing. Death Grips Year of the Snitch. First off this cover is really cool. So that's just bonus marks, but on to the record. This album is great for a couple personal reasons.

First off I really love how these songs end "Black Paint, Flies, Linda's in Custody and Streaky." The crazy endings on those songs are so weird, but so great. Except for Linda's in Custody I like how there is a ... read more

Ahhhhhhh... Time to review a classic. I'm just back from reviewing a horrible album about a dude stuck in 2013. Anyway this yes this, is my third favorite album of the 2010's. And it is my tied for my favorite of 2012. I love this album as much as I like Granny. This album is full of slaps their is only one song that kinda is off my radar which is Punk Weight, but everything else is AMAZING. The production on this sexy animal is delicious. Yep I haven't said that word in a while but it is time ... read more

Radiohead - Hail to the Thief
80

Hail To The Thief is the album after Kid A (Not including Amnesiac because that is just the scraps of Kid A). It better be good. WOW Radiohead broke mathematics.
2+2=5.
That song is actually really good. Personally I think this album is an underrated album that Radiohead made. It isn't my favorite from them. It doesn't have the spark that... Kid A had or The bends Ok Computer and In Rainbows had, but it still is a good album. Some songs feel a little random, and others feel like they could go ... read more
