I've been surprised with the desition of changing the style Björk had on her previous album, this shows that she's more interested in making art and giving something new to the fans than just repeting the sound that makes money and this says many good things of Björk as an artist.

In this album Björk fixed the problems I had with her debut album. Here I noticed that her vocals sounds better with the instrumentals in this album, where I feel that she finally found her sound.
In her previous album she used some jazzy instrumentals that I felt distant with her vocals, here the rock and art pop instrumentals push her voice into something that sounds unique, experimental and good.
It's not as bad as many people say, it's just that the lyrics are not deep enough. The sound reach that depressing feeling that X was searching for.
