Future was the shining voice on this mixtape. Songs that lent themselves to Drake’s style were truly underwhelming, bu the bangers certainly bang
Unfortunately this sound is just dated. It still has its fun moments though.
Project sounds rushed. Boldy James rapping pretty much like he always does which I respect the consistency, but this did not need to see the light of day.
While certainly a bit messy and maybe a bit too lo-fi, this project oozes with creativity. Also a bit too ambitious with some of the song lengths.
A just mesmerizing, disturbing 10 minutes of some incredible emoviolence. Truly a one of a kind 7”

Sza can make pretty much any instrumental listenable. Place her vocals over white noise and I’ll still listen to it. Her vocals on this album are dreamy, dynamic, emotional and near-flawless, but are over these half-baked rudimentary instrumentals that don’t do much to complement SZA’s talent. This album is personable, it’s inspiring and sonic bliss from beginning to end. A reminder that great music extends beyond catchy hooks and memorable refrains and is rather about captivating the listener and making them a better person for listening to this album. Beth Gibbons and her collaborators James Ford and Lee Harris created an album with unmatched beauty and realness that is sure to make you feel better for listening.
At its worse moments in offensive and at its best it’s sweet and delicate. Olivia O offers a quite expansive indie folk album that embraces DIY-style production and endearing vocal performances. Would almost refer to it as noisy folk music, as this album is truly effect heavy and is lush in sonic bliss.
This is the album I have been waiting for from Poppy. She really took her alt-metal, nu metal, metalcore to another level in this album. The pop elements also added an interesting layer to this album, and felt worked in better than I thought. Definitely more cohesive of a listen than I imagined. A visceral album that may be a bit too mild at points, still has its aggressive seep through. Particularly on the song, the center’s falling out, which is without a doubt my favorite song of hers ... read more
Can’t help but feel like this album is a bit toned down from their debut, which probably isn’t saying a lot considering how intense this record still very much is. The album feels much more straightforward in its approach in terms of song structure and linear progressions. Still a fantastic listen as Chat Pile continue to navigate a grim and desolate reality that is expressed beautifully on Cool World.
I might have underestimated on first listen ðŸ˜
An incredibly touching ode to pain and suffering happening not just in Gaza, but the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria and Yemen. Civilian casualties are not to be taken lightly especially when with the intent full manner of which IDF is carrying out the demolition of its neighbors. This album touches emotionally and provokes the saddest of emotions in the listener and serves as a tone setter for peace. It’s especially hard to ignore the genocide happening in Gaza and this album reminds the ... read more
Genuinely one of the greatest songs I’ll ever hear, it’s so well produced and written, my words can’t do it justice
At this point Jack White needs no introduction, and neither did this new album I guess. No Name caught fans by surprise as there had been no rollout for it. Fans only started to become aware of it because vinyl of said album had been shipped (for free) to those who had purchased vinyl from Jack White’s Third Man Records. Though it wasn’t until the following Friday that the album would be available on DSPs. So far this album has received quite a warm reception from fans and critics ... read more
