Not sure if I like Billie’s vocals, but this is certainly a big moment for music, so I say too much about it
Thank y’all so much for 100 followers, what better way to celebrate than through a Peggy review. I certainly have been conflicted with his previous releases. LP! has been an album I’ve loved since I first listened to it, but the rest I’ve admittedly been on the fence with. STH I thought was a solid release, but wasn’t as hyped as many people on this site were.
Not just his controversial musical style, but also his antics on social media have also made me question my ... read more
With this album Ice Spice proved three things; she has a scat fetish, she is a homewrecker, and she is short on ideas.
If there is a positive thing I can say about this album is that she doesn’t try to pack so many songs onto her album. She probably understands that she can’t make an album any longer. However this album proved that she simply isn’t an album artist.
Some cool moments on this album/mixtape. Can’t hate it, it certainly doesn’t overstay its welcome and the pacing of it makes the run time feel pretty quick front to back. Denzel continues to prove his ability to rap over anything in a creative way. Won’t be my favorite Denzel project, but one marks the personal and musical growth of Denzel since Vol 1
This album is an introspective look at what the old Slim was like, a man who, to a fault, relied too greatly on shock value to disturb audiences. This album does see Eminem live in that old Slim shady for most of this record, but the back end of this record dives into his mental turmoil about making a new life that doesn’t see him being the crude person he was when he came into the music scene.
A relisten might make this concept become clearer for me, I do feel like he didn’t ... read more

The verses are garbage and the song doesn’t make up for it with an lackluster chorus
Might just end up being my aoty, every single song hits with impeccable songwriting, with great hooks, melodies, and of course the vocals are fantastic.
While there isn’t a bad song on this album, this album has every opportunity to be bolder. There are moments where I feel the album is too stripped back, but overall it is a fun listen filled with memorable lyrics and hooks
Cool while it’s on but lacks anything memorable.
Lil Yachty ha certainly had the creative resurgence either the release of Lets Start Here., and this collab is certainly an extension of that. I appreciate James Blakes’ vocals as well as his production, but they don’t come together to create something that truly impresses me.
Drake is truly pathetic lmao. Not for working with Camila, but for putting on a fake accent and offering borderline offensive contributions to this album, similar can be said for Carti’s feature.
Camila’s attempt at a mainstream hit album, clearly has not panned the I think she imagined. Painfully drab music that attempts to hop on the hyperpop wave as well as even some afrobeat(??) inspiration that just comes off forced and corny. Camila has been a pretty decent singer, but her ... read more
Genuinely has some great performances from Boldy and find the Conductor samples quite tasteful
