Some recycled songs here and there. Still really good tho, Serj Tenkian's vocals are unbeaten
Their most second politically aware album after Toxicity. You can really feel what they meant to say in the vocal and the instrumental without directly telling it to you face to face.
mezmerize is a really good to me, people often dismiss SOAD's lyrics because they refuse to see and hear what they really say because it doesn't sound ''normal enough'' to them. Even though that's the entire point of music sometimes. to mean one thing but tell it in a different way
One of SOAD's more controversial album's, despite it's whacky sounding lyrics in some of the songs, there still holds a deep meaning behind it's thin see-through veil. you just have to lift it and see for yourself.
One of the greatest albums to ever do it. It's sound is uncomparable to other metal bands of it's time and it's a shining beacon of the Nu-Metal world.
