pretty overhated! after a couple of relistens, it actually grew on me. i gotta say that i REALLY love the production on this album, the gospel vibes fit the albums overall idea very well (ofc)
with every album don toliver releases, his music is getting better. icl tho, its don toliver - pretty basic, neutral trap, which is exactly what ive expected. the feature list isnt that interesting either - the usual teezo touchdown, travis, yeat...

i think the album is AMAZING. easily AOTY for now and i dont think DBD is rlly that close. im not the biggest cole fan, but i rlly enjoyed this! i think its better than 2014 FHD, and definetly my fav cole project.
the first disc does have a couple of misses, but the second one might be cole's best work. the production on the entire album is just beautiful, and cole flows on the beats perfectly.

ill call it overrated, but im still giving it a 99. its a phenomenal album and one of the best rap albums of the 2000s, but its nowhere near kanye's best.
despite that, as i said, its a near perfect album. the highs are EXTREMELY high, and the 2 songs that i consider skips are not even that bad! it's probably the best way to get into kanye's music, i think it's his most accessible album.
