Score subject to go up! He wears his influences on his sleeve but to all those saying "Michael Jackson rip off" and this that and the third, Abel made this thing modern. Its cinematic, we are between heaven and hell and Abel is as confused in his spirituality as we are.
People really not ready for the conversation that Care Package is Drake’s best project
Overall very solid, I think I speak for all when we miss the nocturnal beat choices of lucki patched with his melancholic vocals but overall the project is an enjoyable Half an hour. Production overall is really good and Luck does his thing.
This is a modern classic. The story telling, grooves, HARMONIES. Everyone put your parents on to this.
This is mind blowing. Nah fr this is other worldly, the production on this is nothing short of MAGNIFICENT
I can appreciate the pain that went into this album but Sah is most effective when he is just having fun. I think the second half of the album is more energetic then the first half, but overall he is way too underrated.
Is it too long, um yea. But it sounds like no other thug project and is still as creative, weird, and awesome as ever. Young thug is one of the coolest rappers ever.
This is one long fun, catchy, sweet, soft spoken song. It sounds the same and is still great.
Definitely played it safe but overall a very cohesive and smooth album. Still kinda stuck in Travis' shadow but his vocals are still really really unique. The more experimental songs are the better ones, Bro gotta get trippier.
BRUH THIS SHIT IS SO SMOOTH. How do you make a whole album sound the same yet captivating on every single track.
Guys I'm friends with Kanye and I promise Kanye is not hiring assistants on this website. Great to see the Drake hate train has rolled back into town, you mother fuckers go out and enjoy the summer weather.
Guys, Anthony Fantano isn't hiring fucking interns. This site starting to piss me off, if its not experimental or "changing music" music it's mid, nah this is a fun collection of tracks. Is it low effort? Absolutely, but it works.
I am actually a big fan of the rage beats but when there are 7-8 tracks that use the same chord progression its like enough is enough. I love the energy and the production is pushing the genre forward which is awesome, Trippie just has to switch it up a little.
Thug is back with an anthem. Great production overall cohesive banger. Def played it safe but still really smooth.
Look the atmosphere of this record is pretty dope. I would like to see her change up her vocal delivery here and there. Imagine if she got like Future or Carti on this, see that would be AOTY criteria. Overall very cohesive record with a sharp lens into Billie's 19 year old head.
Had the pleasure of seeing Ken live quite recently, what a polite young guy. This project is not only consistent but showcases the future of hip hop production. Ken has came so far vocally and this album is a trap staple for the new generation,
