CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED and full of hidden gems. May not be her best songwriting ever but I love the electronic production in some of the tracks and there are still great compositions. Overall one of her best post - Scarlet's Walk albums. Also it's not on here but the live version of "Lady in Blue" on "Diving Deep Live" is INSANE and everyone needs to check it out.

I may be a little blinded by nostalgia but this still BANGS! Nobody did it like Gaga.

faves: Paparazzi, Poker Face, Beautiful Dirty Rich, Brown Eyes, I Like it Rough

Every song on here is nice but none really left a lasting impression on me besides the gorgeous new rendition of the title track. It's just pretty standard orchestral jazz with Joni's beautiful mature voice. Probably sounds amazing live, however as a studio album is nothing mind blowing

Kylie Minogue I didn't know you were dance MAMA. These club oriented tracks suit her so well and despite the lengths of some of the songs, they never felt boring or dry. I do think in the middle with the 2 non dance tracks and continuing to the second half of the album it dipped a little but she came back at the end and overall its a really great listen. The opening track "Confide in Me" is such an amazing cinematic opus and makes me wish she made more albums with this ... read more
