Probably the most consistent album I've ever heard. Does not miss a beat, just the pure essence of Stereolab's style at its best all the way through. Not my favorite album by them but it's close with the others. Truly a classic.
Damn.
Giving this an extra point or two for the overall experience, this is just mind blowing. Loved every second of it
Too slow for me personally, but I understand that this is an amazing album
Time and Brain Damage are some of my favorite songs of all time
This was an incredibly enjoyable record, and I agree with what everyone else is saying- upholds their original style while bringing something fresh and unique to the table. I'm all for how well they mix emotions in their music, I think Deep Time is one of the strongest examples of that.
BOC is the only band I know whose ENTIRE discography is enjoyable and really feels true to who they are as musicians. Great stuff.
Nothing bad or lackluster about this in my opinion, just maybe quite forgettable in their overall discography.
Absolutely horrifying album. I felt like the music was violating me in a way, thrusting me into an experience of the true filth that lies in the deepest, darkest caverns of human instinct and desire, with an incredibly aggressive sound full of depth. This is really well done and alot of the tracks are a really fun listen despite the bleak message. I will always hold a lot of respect for Death Grips because of their extremely avant-garde approach to hiphop and how masterfully they communicate ... read more
Doesn't hit nearly as hard as The Money Store, but it still has an essence of that intense experimental/industrial vibe, and I enjoyed it. Lock Your Doors is peak

Isolating, chilling, and bleak. What can I say that hasn't already been said? This album has never failed to amaze me with every single listen.
I really vibe with the pure insanity and anger in these tracks. Incredibly fun album.
first half was a damn rollercoater man, I didn't like NEMO but I absolutely loved REBOUND, and the other tracks were a range from decent to great. Second half was more consistent, liked pretty much everything. Jpeg never fails to deliver a WILD experimental hiphop album, and it always works out in his favor for the most part.
I have listened to this album a number of times but my best experience with it was while laying in bed, middle of the night, eyes closed, allowing the sounds to let me drift away from the world. It was such a surreal experience and I think it's one of the best ways to experience this album. I could go on and on about how masterfully some of these tracks were composed, but I don't want to just repeat what everyone else is saying.
Top 5: Spots (#21), Curtains (#7), Matchsticks (#24), ... read more
A friend introduced me to this absolute hidden gem of an artist. Hope he gets more recognition, but at the same time, his level of niche has some value to it. Awesome stuff.
Peak, aside from some more forgettable tracks (which are still very good nonetheless.) RUNITUP through WILSHIRE is an amazing run of tracks. This is definitely some of Tyler's best work.
On par with Die Lit. Good stuff and I don't have much more to say. Sky and ILoveUIHateU are really good, def my favorites on the album.
I'm probably being too forgiving here, not sure. I liked the vibe, but this really is just background music and I found myself getting distracted quite often. Not gonna be coming back to this one anytime soon.
Edit: 76 -> 66. I usually rate by averaging the score of all the tracks, but because of how boring this was, I feel like my score should better reflect the overall experience of it.
