Going in, i was hoping it would help me appreciate his later work more than i already do, but this is such a great experience on its own. this is genuinely stunning to me. It adds a much more theatrical spin to the lush aggression of black midi. But my favorite part has to be the lyrics, which are so over the top but also engaging.
