No album has ever given me goosebumps like this one did. Every track is so disturbing and practically horrifying, yet you almost feel entrapped listening to them as Hayter keeps you on the edge of your sit and pushes the limits of how gruesome yet emotional and beautiful this album can be, from its sound to its subject matter.
Truly one of the greatest and most soul-crushing album of our century so far.
The track run from Holy (Til You Let Me Go) to Frankenstein is definitely one of the best track runs of the year so far. That being said, though, the rest of the album just simply wasn't as good (I do have a guilty pleasure for This Hell, though). I did admittedly listen to this a bit distracted, but man was this a entertaining listen. At some points I did feel like some songs sounded a bit the same, but I'm sure after a couple listens it'll start to separate themselves from each other.
Strangers was definitely a standout track for me, though, maybe because of a little bias considering that I love A$AP and RTJ, but they honestly really killed their features.
