Everything I heard from Egovert before was decent, but this is just meh. Suede does go crazy though and made this a worthwhile listen.
My guy really just pulled out the sentimentality and punched me right in the feels with it. I am in love with the concept of this album, the way he lays out all his fears and then tells his son that it'll all be ok, is done so well its incredible. Every song is a bop and this record is well worth a listen.
But fr I got so excited for this when all of the singles were great and she really hasn't disappointed with an album full of fun bops that left me smiling throughout. I've listened a few times now and I love it more every time, it’s great easy listening music and absolutely worth a listen.
This album is decent but it lacks the personality his previous work has. RIP Juice, mans was too talented.
It's definitely not bad but it's disappointing that his musical legacy has to end on what feels like a commercialization of his signature drill sound. He's decent at singing but he just misses his mark here. RIP Pop Smoke.
BOOO I liked it when he said her booty so big you could park a bus on it
Its a good listen and every song has high-quality production and vocals, but as good and consistent as the quality is there are no real wow moments. Definitely some very enjoyable tracks but nothing exceptional.
Its hypnotizing and great study music, but on its own for what it is it's decent. The vocals could definitely do more and still keep that minimal feel.
Some songs go crazy, others are meh at best. 495, tooth fairy & end of discussion highlights for me. The final song lives for it feels so out of place and really ruins the tone for me. None of these songs are awful but this is definitely not IDK's best work.
I love 6lack but this just ain't it. It feels so bland and safe, and with the exception of ATL freestyle (which we already had), and elephant in the room it's just fine. It's just missing the wow factor that his previous work had for me.
I love 88Glam and I was slightly disappointed by 88Glam2, but they made the wait for more music worth it with a very solid mixtape. There's only a couple songs I'm not huge on, but even those are still solid. This mixtape isn't incredible but from start to end its well put together and features 88Glam delivering fun atmospheric tracks. I can't wait for the album.
This is unironically perfect in every way. Whenever I feel down this is my go-to the album and its unrealistically uplifting. Even the songs I don't have nostalgia for hit the feels perfectly.
It's a decent record, she doesn't have her own super unique style but does have a whole lot of potential.
It's like he attempts all these different styles, but in such a half-hearted manner that you get this weird limbo of genre, that means that almost none of the songs work. Also, Mr. Officer is a decent song with a good message but it was so bizarre and DID NOT belong on a record where he spent the entire album talking about violence and other various illicit activities.
