A really underrated album by Brockhampton that features some of my favorite songs by them like SAN MARCOS and TONYA. The last minute of SM is truly beautiful.
I remember the first time I heard Sign of the Times I was blown away that this was the same dude from One Direction. It's such a fantastic song and was a great first choice to show what his solo career would be all about
This is a very good debut album that surprised me and I'm sure a lot of other people. A few years ago when he went solo, I wasn't sure what type of music he would make but I'm glad he's making what he loves
Favorite Track: Sign of the Times
A truly fantastic album from front to back. Unlike other 1975 albums, this one doesn't have any filler and every song brings something unique to the table
Favorite Track: It's Not Living (If It's Not With You)
I feel this could have been cut down as a few songs don't really work and there are quite a few instrumental songs that aren't totally needed. Either way, there are so many amazing songs on here with some of them being near the top of their discography
Favorite Track: Me & You Together Song
Golden Hour is such a fantastic album that I wasn't quite sure what a follow-up to it would sound like. I'm glad that the follow-up is another really great album! She keeps moving away from her country roots and that is fine with me
Favorite Tracks:
star-crossed
if this was a movie..
Yup this is basically the perfect album for when the seasons are changing and the days start to get shorter. Such a brilliant debut album
Favorite Track: Skinny Love
Another great album for Bon Iver. Holocene has been a favorite of mine for years and might be one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard
Favorite Track: Holocene
Not as strong as their first album but I still think this band is really solid and the hate they get is a bit overblown
Favorite Track: Age of Man
I love Heat Waves so I figured I would probably enjoy this album. Well it's safe to say that is not the case lol. I can't really say there was another song on here that I really liked. Some decent ones but nothing nearly as good as Heat Waves
In the words of Ash Williams.... "Groovy". This is a great collab project from 2 of the best artists working today. I wish the project was a little longer but for what we got, this is really good. I hope they do another album together
Favorite Track: Leave The Door Open
I’ve heard a few of these songs but I’ve never sat down and listened to this full album before. It’s fantastic all the way through. Outro will forever be linked to the end of Mr Robot for me. Such a beautiful song and overall a beautiful album
Wasn't completely into this after a few songs but from Semi Pro and on I really enjoyed every song
Favorite Track: Boys
Didn't enjoy this one and there weren't really any particular tracks that stood out to me. Not the direction I was hoping the band would go in
Such a beautiful album. I've heard the big hits but hearing them in the context of the whole album made me appreciate them more.
The Only Living Boy In New York was the biggest surprise for me. I think that's my new favorite song of theirs
Another fantastic album from Beach House! Felt like this one was on par with Bloom. Space Song is obviously their big hit and rightfully so, it's a great track
I love the energy on this album. It gets pretty cringy at times but that's pop punk for you. It's also very catchy!
Straight bangers. I remember getting this CD when I was 10 years old just so I could listen to Dance Dance and Sugar We're Going Down. Still holds up
Wow this is one of the most beautiful albums I've ever heard. Music usually makes me emotional because of the nostalgia factor that comes with it, but this hit me so hard on just the first listen. Such a special album and special talent gone too soon
