Jerry Goldsmith - Lilies Of The Field (An Original Sound Track Recording)

Billboard Album #479

Extremely boring soundtrack that offers nothing and takes everything.

Marvin Gaye - Greatest Hits

Billboard Album #478

I assume that this is a companion album to Mary Wells' greatest hits compilation that charted in the same week. This compilation is okay, but I eagerly await Gaye's next true album. Not a big fan of these compilations.

Mary Wells - Greatest Hits

Billboard Album #470

A nice selection of hits from Mary Wells. Though, it's hard to give an score to a compilation because compilations have no intrinsic artistic value.

Enoch Light & The Light Brigade - Dimension "3"

Billboard Album #477

The most perplexing thing about this album is the decision to name it 'Dimension 3' because essentially what Enoch Light does on this record is no different from his last ones.

The Swingle Singers - Going Baroque

Billboard Album #476

This is much like their last attempt on Jazz Sebastian Bach except they have included other artists this time. It's hard to say anything different about this one compared to their debut except the speed of their vocalizations are impressive.
