Richard messes around on FL studio for half an hour and calls it an EP.
One of the albums where everything surrounding the album is far more interesting than actually listening to it. That being said, it's a good listen.
Maybe making an EP based off one of the worst songs of all time wasn't a very good idea.
While 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥 has some low points, it hits the mark as a resoundingly solid entry in the men's catalogue.
While not many of the tracks are fully realised, Collier's debut isn't bad by any stretch of the word.
While albums this long can be exhausting by the end (see 𝘋𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘢), Big Boi and André offer something new with every song, a two hour near-masterpiece in hip-hop(?).
You can feel the limitations of early 90s tech, but this is still a good collection of tracks.
While 𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘥 has some (mostly) great production, it's dragged down by utterly mindless 'shocking' lyrics.
I don't get anything new from this that didn't already get from 𝘟𝘺𝘭𝘦𝘮 𝘛𝘶𝘣𝘦 or 𝘋𝘪𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘰𝘰.
While it has some standout moments, it's hard to not notice Daddy G's abscence.
