Now I originally dived into this album because I heard "sounds like a swan", and I can say that is a true statement.
This has been in my "to listen to" list for a while, and I can confidently say that I was very surprised by how good it sounded.
Now, I get that this one is the one with the must hear, but I think everyone who really liked this album should go listen to Nightfall. Granted, this one is also really good.
Give this more attention!! This was miraculous, and calling it epic doom metal is the perfect name for how it sounds.
Now this is much more similar to what I heard in their live recording. It's good, and I think this tape is something each person on this platform should listen to at least once.
What would you even call this? Way different to their live recording that I listened to. Also quite interesting.
I didn't hear much singing, but it was happy, and it did make me think of 1 2 3 4, so it gets props for that.
This was cool, not to mention it has a good doggo on the cover.
Wow this got a much more harsh perception compared to their last album. I thought it was good, and yes it may not have been AS good, but it was amazing in all the aspects it aimed to excel in.
This was enriching, and her voice just left room for meditation.
There is not a bad song on here, and I am surprised how well the features worked on this album.
It's good. Idk why the pee is specifically at the State's End, but touche.
This is really good, and though it is long, I never felt how long it was because of how entrancing the music was.
Can someone famous recite this entire album like it's one of those classic poems because it deserves it.
I cannot get over the magnificence behind Black Kray, and this project being a supporting argument to his greatness.
This was serene, and not to mention how good that last track was.
Thanks @4riot for the recc :)
This was quite different to their other stuff, and it is almost progressive, not in terms of the genre, but in the sense that each song develops the ambiance of the record. It's really good, and this consistent streak in the quality of Chat Pile's discography is amazing. I'll choose to dive in to more Hayden Pedigo considering the substantial effect he had on the sound of the album, or at least the effect I assume he had.
