For the first time in Drake's career, I came into this album with low expectations. Drake knows he can drop whatever he wants because he is Drake. Brent can do better. This project has a couple of good tracks on this album but ultimately is kind of generic. Hoping his next album is more consistent.
This album has gotten better each listen. The one major flaw I have with Utopia is its length. It could've been 13-16 songs instead. Utopia is not on the level of Rodeo or Astroworld but is still a solid project.
It ain’t really all that in my opinion. This album is bloated and messy. However I will give this credit as it does contain some of Ye's best songs he’s had in a long time and a lot of features shine on here. However it’s not enough to save this album and I’ll be honest his last great album was The Life of Pablo everything since has been mediocre to bad.
