The only thing I hate about this album, is that it doesn't last longer
To be honest, I don't get the hate for the quirky lyrics and the edgy lyric it doesn't affect my listening experience

Fuck it, this is pretty good
Really flipping good.
Sometimes and bumping this shit while I'm playing dark Souls. Nah but actually, this Opeth record is so full of greatness. To infectious riffs to acoustic ballads full of emotions, Opeth balences this beam of death metal and beautiful passages so well. Every song feels like a journey, even those quiet songs like, "Hours of Wealth" might be one of the best songs of this record. This song showcases how I like this record, even a song with just a stripped ... read more
Every song is just memorable as the next one, this album is such ear candy while being revolutionary to an entire generation. The impact, catchiness, and longevity of this record has to be studied. Banger after banger.
Second studio album of acclaimed indie legends from Seattle really did something for me. As I browsed the ended pool of albums to listen to -- for my music selection was getting a little old -- I found this familiar album cover, by: Modest Mouse? I've heard of them and I wondered what they sounded like. So, I booted up "Powerwash Simulator" and I listened while I cleaned the guys backyard. It was nothing short of amazing.
Each track feels alive and bursting with musical ideas. Even ... read more
I mean, it's pretty flipping good
Overcompensate is a big step in the right direction for twenty one pilots. The rapping pretty good in comparison to other -- deliverys... It reminds me of an abstract rap type flow, as he flows over a complex drum beat. The chorus is pretty catchy as well not in a annoying way. The breakdown in the middle adidas some great space in between the last chorus. Overall this shit slaps
I'm quads biggest meat rider, sorry
But this is just amazing, educated almost perfectly. The breakdowns and flows and choices on vocals, make it weird in the most ear candy way. The ending is just a bittersweet triumph. Quadeca makes these scraps cohesive, the track placement is phenomenal, it just makes this very satisfying to listen to.
This album is just plain good.
The instruments, the vocals, the samples all of them are beautifully produced by the one, the only: Ye. It feels like a whole ass triumph when you finish this album. It's like you get closer to yourself. Kanye humbles you in a good way with album. At this time he was one the only rappers not talking about sex, money, women, etc. This standed out like a sore thumb in the music industry at that time. It made it unique, and very polarizing -- sorry, I'm on a ... read more
Experimental at its best. Peggy brings the heat on this album to the rage of "Real N*ga" to the war ringing closer "Curb Stomp". This album just feels complete in the most weird way. Every track flows together in one cohesive experience. Even the "filler tracks" like: "MTOND" or "Dayum" feel like they matter. Also, the sounds on this album will make you feel wierded out in the most good way. JPEG minupulates the sounds to something new and ... read more
Very great album to just chill to. Rav brings some great flows and hooks. In "Solanine" it has a very catchy hook and great delivery and flow, a great opening to the album. The lofi beats really complement Rav's voice, it feels like he just flows very naturally though every beat. It feels inconsistent sometimes but overall a very great album with great beats, flow, and vibes.
I feel like this is one my guilty pleasures, I am in the minority when I speak good about the album. Twenty one pilots was my first band I really got into. So let's get into the review. All the demos from Vessel, have something good in them but suffer from poor production and vocals. Some songs start off good but gradually get worse. This album is just a mess, but there are some sparks. Lovely is a great song with great synths and a catchy melodies, the rap verse in the middle is very good with ... read more
Decent album, needs some tweaks and this will be great. The singing by Tyler is heart wrenching, there is just the outdated feel to this album. Sometimes it loses pace like at the end with Before You Start Your Day. Overall good album, a little bad choices here and there. Solid Album.
Really REALLY corny, there are just tiny glimpses of light like on C U. Really nice instrumental, but fails to get the message across in a genuine way.
