When I first listened to this I thought it was an alright record but nothing special but as I went back to this it stuck with me more. The short length of the tracklist makes the replay value super high.

After Kanye's magnum opus he went on to make his most Industrial album bringing the sound that Death Grips were doing to a mainstream audience. ASTROWORLD feels the more proper follow up to Rodeo and a much better listen than BITTSM. It's funny how this became the project that won critics over when Rodeo and Utopia are better projects but this is his most accessible album so it makes a bit of sense. The perfect mixture of Trap and Cloud Rap
The debut of Playboi Carti's Die Lit was met with mixed reactions at first but as time has gone on this album has been one of the most critically acclaimed trap records of the 2010s. Tracks like Long Time (Intro), R.I.P, Lean 4 Real, Shoota, Mileage, Flatbed Freestyle are some of the first tracks i'd recommend to anyone trying to get into Carti or this album.
