Alright I don't even know how to begin...
I gotta say I had some damn high expectations with this one but not so fucking high like what?? There was not a single moment in this album that was even remotely lacking creativity and talent. Just constant eargasm all the way through, especially in the song The Great Gig in the Sky, I had already heard that song before but I can't compare hearing it back then with listening to it now, together with the entirety of this masterpiece. I'm actually kinda surprised by all this criticism on this album. Tbh I agree it's not their best album but I really can't see why it's so hated, all songs are decent, nothing groundbreaking but I found it fun, but ofc people have different opinions. Also I kinda see why people shit on the lyrics as they're not quite the most inspired ones, but again, nothing I could call "bad".
