Ski’s best work but he still has untapped potential. He has some bangers on this album but overall it’s mid tier.
BEST TRACK: Nuketown
WORST TRACK: Save Me Pt 2
21’s best work undoubtedly. He matured in his lyrics and music overall. He also got some really good features to help the album stay interesting throughout.
BEST TRACK: can’t leave without it
WORST TRACK: a&t
Not La Flames best work, but I guess that’s what you should expect when you collab with a mid tier artist like Quavo.
BEST TRACK: Dubai Shit
WORST TRACK: Best Man
Baby Keem is the next big thing and this album is a stepping stone for him. He has more potential than this album and I have a feeling his next album is going to reach that.
BEST TRACK: STATS
WORST TRACK: MY EX
One of Thugger’s best albums and overall fun to listen to. He changes the beats well throughout the album so it doesn’t get boring and he gets some of the best features in rap.
BEST TRACK: Mannequin Challenge
WORST TRACK: Just How It Is
Psychedelic feeling with some of the best beats I’ve ever heard. Not like other hip-hop and still sounds really good. Tyler’s best album in my opinion.
edit: score from 90-85
Not his best album, but still one to remember. He goes over some of the problems of the youth while still telling stories. It almost sounds like a preview to GKMC
BEST TRACK: Kush and Corinthians
WORST TRACK: No Make Up (Her Vice)
Kendrick really makes it feel like you’re watching a movie about growing up in compton and he does it so well
Kendrick’s best work in my opinion. He goes over some of the real problems in the US and he’s been through it.
BEST TRACK: u
WORST TRACK: None
Not better than TPAB or GKMC by any means but still one of the best rap albums of the decade. He tells a story while the album is still fire to just listen to in the background.
BEST TRACK: DUCKWORTH
WORST TRACK: GOD (If I had to pick)
In my opinion Cole’s best work. The beats are perfect and it has a different sound from 2014FHD. I don’t really understand the hate on this album, it’s high tier for me.
FAV TRACKS: 4YEO, DEJA VU, NEIGHBORS
LEAST FAV TRACKS: NONE
Not as good as his last two albums, but he does switch his flow up like people asked. Blame It On Baby has sort of a poppy and vocal type of sound where as Kirk was more of a bar after bar hard beats kind of album.
Undoubtedly Schoolboy’s best work. Psychedelic sounding w/o a single skippable track. Classic album and can’t wait to get on vinyl.
FAV TRACKS: DOPE DEALER, THAT PART & TOOKIE KNOWS II
LEAST FAV TRACKS: NEVA CHANGE (If I had to pick)
This is Nav’s worst project yet by a long shot. Every song sounds the exact same as each other, including songs from other albums. If Nav wants to keep his hype, he needs to change his flow.
FAV TRACKS: TURKS & SHE HURTIN
LEAST FAV TRACKS: ALL EXCEPT FAVS
Not as good as Rodeo, but Astroworld is not meant to be compared to another Travis Scott album. It’s a different sound from Trav and it bops. He changes the flow on each song so it isn’t repetitive, which most rappers fail to do.
90/100
