I love how this thing sounds. It sounds so sparse and minimalist but at the same time so grand and massive. So many songwriting peaks on this thing. Vincent, Drunk Drivers/Killer Whales, Cosmic Hero. Costa Concordia might just be the best song Will's ever written. The monologue is enough to kill a man
This is where Car Seat's peak starts for me. This collection of reimagined tracks from earlier in the discography really showcases how good of a songwriter Will is. I love this thing so much
Boxing Day is in the running for best long CSH song. This is a really good release but it's really hard for me to listen to it all in one sitting
I just can't vibe with this one. I really do like the songs that were rerecorded for ToS, but I prefer the rerecordings. I know early CSH's whole aesthetic is the lo-fi rough recording quality but this one especially is just too harsh for me. Makes it hard to enjoy the music
inessential. All of the songs rerecorded for ToS are superior on ToS and the songs not rerecorded aren't really worth coming back to

God these are so bad. Popular girl, typical boy is genuinely an F tier song. the ukulele is so garbage and the rapping is garbage and the mixing is garbage. The ukulele makes everything sound off beat it's such a fucking mess
