i saw these guys live and was so excited for honest face . turns out the rest of the crowd was too as i almost fucking died during that song . great show #isurvivedinhaler2023
it's always conflicting when the opener is released as a single but i think this leads pretty well if you consider it in that context. it definitely isn't as strong as the others, the bridge can be a little underwhelming maybe, however the ending has the same ethereal quality that beat up chanels has and the song is called dance so maybe the point is to be a strong opener that you don't think too hard about.

this is camp as fuck and the most unique, maybe old technology comes in second, out of all of the singles . she mentioned in a tweet that she might revisit this surf rock sound on her next album !! so exciting .

FUUUUUUCKING HELL . pulled the trigger and blew me away
massive tears of avarel vibes but that might just be with how brilliant this and that is
track 5 being FOUR minutes on an emoviolence record and kept at that pace, anger, and energy is a talent in itself . felt as if it were ten songs in one and u get so used to the short times that i thought we had switched tracks a minute in and the album was just bleeding into itself with the tracklisting really well . if u have ever liked emoviolence ... read more

honestly reminds me of maybe it's best's winter songs if they weren't electronic/crunk (?) inspired
easy-going, fun, and catchy midwest emo pop rock ! really liked this c:
only thing i could say is it a bit lacking? i wouldn't say it's noticeable or a huge issue though
a vulnerable emo-pop-punk project with lyricism that suggests the speaker is grappling with the memory of an unwanted past while trying to still have hope for a future which might come despite that . not a fan of the overall sound of this
