While I am giving this album a perfect rating, this is one of those albums I don't want to listen to again. It is so heartbreaking. The emotional impact it left me will not escape for days. I cried all 41 and a half minutes of its duration. All the pain, all the suffering, all the grief, all the denial that Phil feels, I felt. The greatest songwriting I have ever heard.
No matter how much slop and garbage this band continues to release since this album's creation, we will always have this.
