some guilty-pleasure songs on here but overall, wtf. made entirely for profit.
AI usage blows and the song is kinda middling. I still have okay-expectations for the album, mainly cause of the feature list, but this was a bad start.
might be my least favorite Leroy release but that isn't to say it's bad, just superrr biased towards the original dariacore trilogy and especially grave robbing. this is still great though, loved the monthly singles and Summer Fling is a beautiful cover. kinda makes me wish Jane did a whole album or mixtape of covers cause they haven't missed with a cover yet.
don't even playyyyy dude this is a perfect album. everything about it, the context, the emotion behind it, the vulnerability, the exploration of new sounds. dudeeeeee. not a single miss. I don't trust anyone who doesn't at least appreciate this album.
ik its just a joke to sleep during Drake albums but I actually did doze tf off when I tried to listen to this. came back and actually listened through, and yeah it's alright I guess. definitely better at the start of the album and has a slight-comeback at the very final 2 tracks, with a pretty middling middle section starting from 8 ->15. not bad, definitely a fun listen experience when I replayed it. can't say the same for the other 2 albums lmfaoooo.
actually pretty good mv and definitely a better use of a higher budget than the babygirl vid
common's verse is actually kinda abysmal like I love you bro but you don't belong on this song.
this is actually the funniest compilation ever made. get back being on here 4 times is maybe the peak of this fever dream.
started my Beatles deep-dive finally and yeahhhh this was a rough start. Twist and Shout is enjoyable but so much of this just sounds insanely dated, both musically and in the lyrics. I wouldn't call it bad per-say but I have no want to come back to this. still, very eager to listen to finally get through the rest of their discography, cause it seems like it only goes up from here.
this is the funniest thing ever you can't make me hate it. "We kiss each other, real incestuous vibes" easily the best line of the year.
kinda impossible to separate art from the artist here, and i'd say even detrimental to the record if you do. hits way harder when you look into Manson's life and makes it an even more saddening / disturbing listen when you realize just how much potential this man had musically only to go down the route he chose. that being said, the potential here is insane. the way tracks like Mechanical Man progress is actually super interesting, and Manson's voice suits the instrumentation of ... read more
this and the remix go so hard. shout-out to whoever on the Rockstar team had the idea of bringing DOOM and Ghostface together for this.
there's like 5 perfect songs on here, and those that aren't perfect are still great. DOOM's rapping and production are at a peak and every feature does their thing, especially Hassan Chop on I Wonder.
