Underground's [insert popular hip hop duo].

Needs to be talked about a lot more. The fact that this was made in 2009, and as the first real project from him makes this a shockingly impressive achievment, not mentioning the vibes and enjoyability that the sound of this album gives.

Kenny and Denzel managed to bring out the best out of each other on this short ptoject, and definitely leave us wanting more from them in the future.

Genre-defining album.

Beautiful would be an understatement to describe this album. The instruments, the vocals, the lyrics, the details. It almost sounds impossible to be disliked.

It is crazy how all 20 songs bring something new to the record. When you think you've heard all there is to hear, JPEGMAFIA gives you something new, something diffrent and surprises you once again.

Conceptually perfect. The production is experimental, dark, progressive and interesting. "Sun" being the follow-up to the last track on "The Glow, Pt. 2" makes those two feel connected in a way. One-of-a-kind experience when you fully dedicate yourself to it.

This album is definitely an experience. The production is other-worldly, glitchy, ambient and colourful. All tracks are beautiful and long, but not to the point where it is repeatible or boring. The vocals add a lot - they are absolutely stellar, and I could see this album being talked about 20 years after its release... oh wait...

It's just not the same without "2007".

JPEGMAFIA proves himself once again as one of the most talented producers in the game right now and possibly could be considered an all-timer. Peggy introduces rock and metal elements to his one-of-a-kind production to create a project that keeps you engaged the whole run time.

Influences of jazz, rock and punk blend on this record so well, it almost sounds too good to be true. Really a treat from the underground rock scene, and a promising showout for the band. 9/10.
