"The production of Human After All is extremely bland."
Isn't what makes it good?
Maybe it was time that I put my hands on this and justify why did I put a 100 on this album, because it might be confusing.
Human After All was made in 6 weeks, and it's probably Daft Punk most hardcore and most confusing project to date, mostly because of the minimalist composition of it and probably because it contains a lot of electronic and hard sounds that could be compared to IDM and ... read more
It's not as bad as people inspire it to be, vocals are on point, maybe it misses a lot of bass and originality, but the song enters a good point inside it's genre and it doesn't deserve the hate people put on it.
thank you bbno$ for this one
that's really when you think the best songwriters and rappers have a perfect life that bbno$ brings you back to reality
YES, YES, TAKE ME FUCKING SOUL TYLER
IF YOU TOLD ME WE WOULD GET TWO MF GOOD ALBUMS ABOUT FAME THIS YEAR, I WOULD NOT BELIEVE YOU
thank you lil tay for saving your career, and please never let whoever did your management during your surgery run your twitter account EVER AGAIN
this made me wanna live in Florida, and there's a fucking hurricane that's just to say
I am pissed at myself for not starting to listen to GY!BE a long time ago, everything is so good and so agenced in the right way, even when it sounds distorted it's really like trying to form a structure, it's meant to be here.
one word: WOW
fucking yes, just fucking yes, I was hyped when I heard it first 2 months ago, and I don't regret a single fucking hope I had for that one
the production is AMAZING goddamn, when you ask this guy to makes something good he actually does it, HE ACTUALLY DOES
AND WE'RE BACK FOR F*CK'S SAKE. Just after the shitty song we got another masterpiece from Moon Music following with a great lot of sounding from Parachute and Ghost Stories once again. The song really sounds great and those vocal performance as well as those acoustic guitars and drums match the spirit of Coloratura (a.k.a. the only good song from their last album) shown once again in a superb ballad.
Stockholm, that's all I wanna say on the matter.
No but seriously, this album is really good, not as good as Stared at From A Distance but it holds some awesome gems I look up to, Stockholm and The Spiral for example are so great, A Little Less Cold and Falling Apart are two cool songs and Paris I Hate You is awesome as a closer for the album.
"You cannot make me like Coldplay!"
Bet.
Overall, this new Coldplay album? It fucking render well for the most part, there is of course a few lows but you can't do Music From The Spheres twice and I feel like they finally came through a point where their music starts sounding great even though they reinvent every time. It was a great decision to include the interludes inside the songs too for less songs, I'm thinking about Rainbows nonetheless which has two songs in one. I ... read more
it's not the "unmixed" and "bad" project AOTY aspires you to think
it's in fact a well assembled album with mixing of sounds that make it somehow a great assembly of songs. I don't understand how people truly hate this, because I don't find necessarily bad things in it (aside from box of stars which I found kinda weird)
