Boldy James & The Alchemist - Bo Jackson

Honestly I've always liked this album better than price of tea in china and super techmo bo (Idk if that's considered an album or EP but whatever). It just seems more cohesive, has a better flow to it, just overall is more replayable imo. AND has a maybe top 5 alchemist beat on it but we'll get to that. The cover is also really cool I just zoomed in on it I always thought it was record spines but I actually think it's Bo Jackson baseball cards which is sick.

I'd listened to The Money Store before, this was maybe 2 years ago, and liked it, thought there were some awesome songs (Get Got, Hustle Bones, Footage, Hacker, etc.), but it wasn't really something that I replayed a lot after the first one or two times. OCTANE

This album has been growing on me like crazy. I know it’s only been less than a week since it came out, but it’s only been getting better and better in my eyes. I really enjoyed Don’s last album, and while this one didn’t quite reach the highs of Hardstone Psycho, I still feel like it’s a solid project, even if it isn’t perfect.

The very first song, E85, probably my favorite song on the album, has some frustratingly poor mixing. Why the hell is the ... read more
