I like this one better than their first two albums, but marginally so. I feel like this genre of music may not be my forte as while I can recognize it's quality, I can't help but become a little bored by the end. Like their last two albums, their music is samey and all their songs blend into eachother. Still, the album has some fun songs, like A Hard Days Night and Can't Buy Me Love.
I liked this one a little better than the first. Also very samey, but a few more stand out songs. My favorites were Please Mister Postman and Money
It's an alright album, it's good to vibe out too if I'm half paying attention, but it does feel samey by the end. Favorite songs are I saw her standing there and Twist and Shout
Saw her open for Couch, instantly became a fan. I hope this ep helps increase her popularity because she deserves more recognition
Makes me wanna get on a bus and stare out the window or something
I only heard this artist before from their song on tiktok, but I have to say this whole album is way better than that song. Very chill and laidback, with some fun more upbeat poppy songs too.
The first Troye Sivan album I've listened to and its a pretty good one. Some songs are misses for me but others like Rush and Got Me Started are super fun.
This album has a nice chill rnb vibe throughout, and COME READY is definitely a standout for me. Unfortunately most of the songs don't hit that hard for me and come off as generic.
I'll admit, I only heard this band from Tiktok, specifically the song Back on 74. That is a legitimately great song, and in general I'd say this album keeps up that fun dance-y funky energy throughout. Some songs are more interesting than others though, and I will say after a few listens this album became a bit repetitive for me. Still, I'll come back to it if I'm in the dance mood.
A fun pop album. Some songs like Honest are absolute bops. A good amount of just fine or forgettable songs for me though. The 3 girls singing and harmonies definitely elevate their songs, and I really enjoyed that aspect of this album.
This was a very impactful album for me. The songs are super emotional and when you're in the right mood it hits hard. Ribbons is my favorite, the imagery in the lyrics is enough to make me metaphorically tear up. It's good stuff
This was my first Hozier album I listened to, and it honestly surprised me. I thought he was just indie-folk, but this album incorporates a lot of rock and funk in there as well. Dr Selby (Part 2) is my favorite, it's super funky and danceable. Towards the middle/end the album gets a bit slower and I disengaged a bit, put it picks up towards the end. I really enjoyed this one and there's quite a few tracks I'll come back to
I haven't listened to many albums with this style of music, I really like most of the songs and a standout for me is definitely Black Tame.
This album has some outstanding tracks and a unique vibe to it. I don't like all of the interludes where people are just talking, and I didn't find the story of the album all that interesting, but the music more than makes up for it.
