Ok real talk, during the rollout for this album, I was expecting it to be Peggy’s worst yet. I didn’t love either of the singles, but man, ‘SIN MIEDO’ really grew on me and ‘don’t rely on other men’ was vastly improved in the album version’. The rest of this album is JPEGMAFIA operating at top notch. The run of the first five tracks here is legendary, from the absolutely off-the-walls first two tracks to the ... read more
I didn’t think I was gonna love an album this uncharacteristically heavy for my usual tastes but goddamn was I wrong.

The production is definitely one of my favorite parts of the album. This album is not super consistent in quality: you either get an RnB song with a solid chorus and great vocals, a fun and decently enough written hip-hop track, or every once in a while, a ... read more
I was a little disappointed by this album. At times, it’s got great and groovy vocal chops (“Baddy on the Floor”) and at others we have nice guest vocals (“Waited All Night”) but a lot of these songs sound like they’re just adhering so much to the club music formula while either being corny or just not interesting/catchy enough to justify the formula. I don’t care much for songs like “Life” for this exact reason. The instrumentals ... read more
