Revisiting Deftones: Pt. 4
This album is like a TV show, it starts really good and then becomes worse and worse.
Hexagram is one of the best Deftones songs. Needles and Pins and Good Morning Beautiful are underrated, Minerva is also very good.
When Girls Telephone Boys is so emotional, on my first 2-3 listens of this song I had a headache after it.
Now, the second half has some good riffs, but the vocals are weird and unengaging.

Revisiting Deftones: Pt. 3
It's very hard for me to write this review, cause this is one of the strongest catharsises I've ever had after any album. This album is focused much more on the atmosphere than the previous ones. It's definitely a step up from Around the Fur.

That's the first time I really understood Mascara's incredible lyrics.
The transition to Rickets is ... read more
Revisiting Deftones: Pt. 1
Hands down, this album is amazing. After a revisit, my opinion on 9 first songs didn't change. Except for Lifter, which I never liked until this listen.
The first 9 songs are just really good Nu metal.
Bored is a little overrated; it is a very good song, but it's mixed bad.
Nosebleed has this weird and unnecessary quiet segment.
7 words is Limp Bizkit but good
At the last two songs, it gets interesting because they're different from the others.
