A good improvement on the still awful original album but this remix album remains quite underwhelming considering the cast assembled to reimagine Gaga's last effort.
A real ode to the fans of her mixtape era. I love that she didn't shy away from including the electronic influence that originally got her noticed . Trapgold still remains one of her if not her best work to date. This album is a far improvement on her last album which was lyrically and sonically way too homogenous and shallow. I would have a more personnal song to end the album and that important era of her life but I understand her fear of another potential controversy and respect her wish ... read more
5 tracks that add absolutely nothing. The original version stands perfectly on its own.
I understand the will to reward fans with unreleased songs but 26 songs is just to much. It's too long to keep me focused. It damaged the listening experience for me. That being said, I applaud the re-reccording of the album. You can hear the maturity in her singing and it is such a great and clever way to re-own her own masters. She wins.
Les prods sonnent beaucoup plus "pro" et il y a 2-3 morceaux assez bien écrits mais l'album est redondant: le flow change pas beaucoup, les prods c'est de la trap de A à Z. Il manque un tube qui dénote du reste.
I'm giving it a 60 only because of Love Me Land and Ruin My Life. The rest is just so bland.
This reedition is just like If It ain't me without Normani: bland, disappointing and unnecessary.
"Nos chansons" and "si j'étais un homme" are true gems. Unfortunately, they're hidden in the midst of either too generic songs intended to please her label (the facile section) or average indie music that sound more like her but don't come anywhere close to what she has done on her previous albums (fragile section). Still, she did succeed in producing an album mainstream enough to get it greenlit by her label while not completely selling out. LOST remains the crown ... read more
A bunch of b-sides from Folkore. It's probably the most forgettable Taylor Swift record I've heard so far. The writing is average and Antonoff wasn't particularly inspired in terms of melodies this time... Nothing bad but nothing people will remembrer next year...
Why does everyone hate Meghan Trainor so much here ? It's a cute little christmas album and it certainly isn't as bad as y'all make it to be.
Probably one of the strongest debut, I ever listened to. I wish they were a bit more productive, I miss them terribly.
A very good and very fresh pop record. Described like this, it seems simple but these types of record are getting rarer and rarer.
