Death Grips - Interview 2016
100

This is what imagine being super high on LSD at a club rave sounds like

Craic Boi Mental - Minister 4 Chaos
100

One of the best albums to come from an Irish artist

The Altered Hours - In Heat Not Sorry
96

This album is one of the definitions of a hidden gem. As apart of the Irish underground scenes I've heard The Altered Hours name tossed around a lot and them getting a lot of praise by local Irish acts in the scene but never really checked them out until now. And man, this shit is fire. I hear a lot of their influences in this project but it's all thrown together into a unique sound by The Altered Hours, which I find one of the best things about this album it takes a lot of their influences but ... read more

J Dilla - Donuts
100

Donuts by J Dilla is a great instrumental rap album and maybe the 1st LoFi- Hip Hop album ever made. The samples and production on this are amazing. As a producer myself I take lots of inspiration from this album. It sounds very ahead of it's time for 2006. I was thinking this could sound like something from 2014. J Dilla was one of the best producers in rap ever. I think this album is his best. During the making of this album J Dilla was suffering from Lupus and could barley press the buttons ... read more

The Residents - Duck Stab / Buster & Glen
100

*Review for 'Duck Stab'* Duck Stab is like the most fucked up nightmare you have ever had but you don't want to wake up because you are so habituated to the madness (if you end up really enjoying the album.) I have had the first track 'Constantinople' on my rotation for the last 4 months ever since I herd this album back in December of last year. The eerie guitars, the disturbed but super interesting and entertaining vocals, the hooks and melodies on this album just make this eerie album so ... read more

purified oil - joy

fucking masterpeice
sounds like if someone put a 8bit machine up there ass and I love it 10/10

C’est la key - Metamorph
100

*SPOILERS* As a massive of fan of Superflat, I enjoyed the fuck out of this , I loved how it continues the story of the characters in Superflat and how funny, dark and just great this project is. Similar to the random Thom Yorke inclusion in Superflat I found it fucking funny as fuck when Cardi B appeared it just shows how funny and clever Devyn is. I found this such a realistic listen, like if I was in the centre of what was going on and how well made it is. I'm blown away again and I'm pretty ... read more

Black Country, New Road - Ants From Up There
100

Black Country are only getting better wtf. Probably AOTY it's gonna be hard to top this shit. I'm just left astonished after listening to this

Funkadelic - Maggot Brain
96

If Can made Funk music. Nah but fr this album is a trip, it starts perfectly and ends perfectly. And the mixing on this is just PERFECTION. Drums and all the instrumentation is ON POINT. And its's such an enjoyable listen to a sound full of great madness. Top 3 Funk Album imo

Lil Ugly Mane - UNEVEN COMPROMISE
100

EASILY in the Top 5 Best EPs I've ever heard

100

The way A Quick One Before the Eternal Worm Devours Connecticut transitions to Bloodhail might be my favourite transition on record along side Exmilitary with the Cut Throat Instrumental tranisitioning into Klink and the transitions all over J Dilla's Donuts. There is not one flaw on this album. An album I relate too and extreme personal level. And one of my favourite 1st listening experiences on an album I've heard.

Kero Kero Bonito - Bonito Generation
100

WOW. This is one of the best Indie Pop albums I've ever heard. this album is fucking flawless and just a fun and very enjoyable ride.

Earl Sweatshirt - Doris
93

I have minor flaws with this album only problems I had with it was Pre wasn't really a great opener for this album and the beat could've been way better, In my opinion this is a mix of Earl's best and worst production but it still holds up. Great album none the less

Arctic Monkeys - AM
12

This was one of the worst album experiences I've ever had. Every song just feels like filler and just feels like they're just demos made for Ford commercials. Very disappointing album for someone who was a huge fan of there first album. Arctic Monkeys have sold out, in the worst way possible. The only song that is somewhat decent on this album for me was R U Mine? But other than every other song is shit. One For The Road and Arabella or 2 of the worst songs I've ever heard. Overall 42 mins I'll ... read more

Sigur Rós - Ágætis byrjun
87

Ágætis byrjun was a very enjoyable, atmospheric, and cinematic listen. The production and instrumental performances on this is stellar. The only problem I had on this album was the singing on Flugufrelsarinn just ruins the song especially towards the end of the song don't get me wrong I don't think it's a bad song just the singing doesn't really work good with the instrumental (I must say the instrumental is beautiful.) but other than that every song on this is fantastic. 8.7/10

C’est la key - Superflat
100

Best Fucking Album I've ever heard.

Injury Reserve - By the Time I Get to Phoenix
100

This album just looks like it's cover, It feels like you are in a desert in a dystopian hot world filled with grief, pain and depression, Outside is my favourite opener to an album ever, that shit had me floating. The production on here is some of the best I've ever heard. R.I.P Stepa J. Groggs and if this is Injury Reserve's last album what a way to end such a consistent discography

St. Vincent - Daddy's Home
90

Wow I'm disappointed with myself that I didn't check this out sooner. This was defo one of my favourite albums that came out this year. This was my first introduction into St.Vincent's work and I must say I was more than impressed. This album blew me away I found it incredibly enjoyable. With is mixed elements of genres such as Funk, Jazz, Soul and more and having a major 70's vibe to it as well. I gotta say production on this album is flawless. I loved how 'Put Your Way In Pain' got way better ... read more

Weezer - Weezer (Blue Album)

Virgin music at its finest. Favourite Part: IVVVVEEEE CUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMM UNDDDUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN. Other Favourite Part: MY NAME ISSSSSSSSSSSS JONAUSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Black Sabbath - Master of Reality
92

The guitar riffs on this album are insane. Great album my least favourite track on the album is Solitude I don't think its needed on the album but other than that great album.
