Some Rap Songs as of now is my 2nd favourite album ever. With its unique experimental avant- grade jazz rap unique production and Earl’s honest and genius lyrics makes the album incredible. The ways Earl describes depression, drug addiction and alcoholism etc. . Is delivered in a way which no rappers do like Earl. The beats and production on this is some of the best I’ve ever heard. Man this album is so fucking sad :( And super relatable to me at the same time. This is defo LUM at his darkest. The lyrics on this are so personally dark at least one of them will have you crying or feeling some sympathy. The production just fits the lyrics so well and creates a dark atmosphere for each song so perfectly. this is truly one of the saddest and most relatable albums I've ever heard. 10/10
