Obviously I would not listen to this over the original. Though the mixing can be nice and Punchy & often clearer than Teens, Will's replaced vocal performances (with some exceptions) tend to not quite hit the mark. The new songs although not fitting to the album are great in and of themselves. To address the elephant in the room, yes the lyrical changes can be very naff in places. Yes the censorship is jarring. Some of it I'm totally fine with and adds cool new bits of meaning, ... read more
The amount of sheer talent bursting out of these guys is totally immeasurable, and a presence like theirs is exactly what the world of music needs right now. Pure expression of fierce human creativity.
Everyone, please be more like Angine.
Hg's only gone and done it again. We're eating good this year.
Favourites: Jesus there's a lot. The big huge long ones are generally peak though
Listen to this in the woods if you can, heightens the experience a lot.
Favourites: The Witches, 🌟 For J, Stars Fall Into Forest Spoon
Used to really piss me off that Mustaine's voice "ruined" such a great band. Now that I've grown a tolerance to his drunken sneering, this is one of my all-time favourite metal albums. He may be a total idiot, but his riff game is unbeatable.
Mad potential, especially in those amazing first two tracks. Show this up and coming legend some support.
If the insane momentum of side A continued into side B, this would be Miles' best post-bop album. Alas, it isn't.
A couple of very good songs, the rest is shockingly generic. Shame, since she was lovely when I saw her supporting Wilco.
I never rate singles on this account, but I need to show this guy some love. I'm telling you he is gonna be the next out of scotland, the next incoming legend
[Edit]
God, I just can't believe such a truly stunning piece of art as this could really exist in our world. So gorgeous that I have listened to it over 50 times and counting. Hearing Paulie's intricately surreal words - alike to gibberish when viewed by the naked eye, but laced full with feeling and meaning once you come ... read more
Gonna release an EP every month this year, just to keep myself recording stuff fairly often since it's my favourite hobby and I don't do it enough.
One high-effort shitpost and one barebones version of an actual song.
TTTSFTGPWIHNALTAFTFO (TNAFCONBNS).
That sure is one terrible three-headed beast. Got me pretty terrified, specially from 27 to 37 minutes. I even straight up died at 41:08. Drone musician approved; would get lost and tormented by cerberus within my imagination again.
Don't listen to the haters, this rules. It's a charmingly bitter, sarcastic, noisy and gay sloppy slopfest - I'm aware it is not for everyone, but if you're into noise-pop fagcore with deadpan and monotone delivery, and/or you just like the sound of it, then I highly recommend. Grats to my good friend Maddie for creating it, and I'm so excited to hear more of her unique style in the future!

Test run of sorts for my songwriting – a collection of downers commentating on my observations of the worlds in and outside of myself.
Edit - Thank you all so much for listening and supporting <3. Expect a bigger, better album on the way later this year!
Btw, go listen to my friend Maddie's album that also came out ... read more
Abrasive at first. But the more you listen, the more it begins to sound like a warm blanket.
Happy birthday!!! Here's a collection of covers, B-sides and one singular demo, all from the Crossing the Veil era of HGA for the album's one-year anniversary. Many of them weren't released for a reason, but tracks 7 and 8 are pretty great. Enjoy I guess!

By no means do I dislike this. As a matter of fact I thought it had some brilliant moments and was overall a fittingly murky and gloomy experience, but I'm afraid I do have some conflicting thoughts. As great as the music sounds, it raises a huge question to me.
Is there really much substance here?
I often struggle to find it, and it tends to feel more like improvised progressions than the however glacial, memorable and catchy mega-riffs that Bell Witch are known for. There are some ... read more
An unrelenting mass of the thickest sludge metal stew - made from various raw animal organs and bones, poisonous mushrooms, unidentifiable black goo, bodily fluids, depression and misanthropy. Listening to this album is like falling and drowning in it.
