My first T.I. album (Yes, I know I should've started with Trap Muzik)
This screams 2008. In a good way, though. T.I. provides a very solid pop rap ridden experience while still dropping some bars. I can't help myself rapping along to On Top Of The World whenever I listen, it's a track I've heard before my full listening of the album and it screams the 2008 triumphant sound -- and it does it right. Remember when B.o.B was cool? We get Swing Ya Rag with Swizz Beatz later as ... read more
Yes. It's better than The Big Day. That doesn't mean it's great.
I just found this decent. I won't contest there was some pretty nice Chance performances on this album. The beginning was quite promising, I liked a good amount of songs until "Space & Time", however the middle and part of the ending half of this album falls off quite hard for me. It just becomes so sadly forgettable. Some of the singing on this album isn't the best. Nobody is out here saying ... read more
I didn't fw this a ton at release but this grew, i only wish Eminem's ai filter changing his voice was not here. If it was not, it'd go up a substantial amount. I like his verse and JID's though
Fucking hell. Like three/four good songs, the rest is either mid or genuine fucking garbage. big girl makes me wish for the sweet release of death. don't listen to nastradamus when you're already existentially depressed kids
FAVORITES: Life We Chose, Project Windows, Come Get Me
LEAST FAVORITES: Big Girl, You Owe Me, Shoot 'Em Up, New World, Big Girl again because seriously what the actual fuck
The cover for the album perfectly represents it: This shit sounds luxurious. Slightly poppy? Sure. But it's done very solidly in my opinion. Tons of great songs here, "Daughters" is a top 30 Nas song for sure.
also summer on smash i did not fw it first listen, but honestly lowkey its too fun to hate i know it doesn't fit AT ALL but it's fun
FAVORITES: Daughters, Cherry Wine, No Introduction
Least Favorites: The Don, Summer On Smash (it doesn't fit at all so i ... read more
(deleted and re rated, i only do this for albums that either i changed my rating a lot or it's been a very long time)
Nas and Hit-Boy at there peak here. Nas really works well with shorter projects, and this is proof. it's not even mind-boggling, just so extremely, extremely solid that the rating gets really high.
stop
just stop
please.
royalty free ahh beats, shit ahh beats, crap, shit, ass. I like two songs, i like Smoke the most and Twisted is pretty decent. The rest can go in the fucking dumpster
mmmee on the toilet
that or bro calm down on the cover homie its not that seriiouusss yo my guy you need some constipation pills man???
"Your daddy fucked your momma, then fucked your sister
Then climbed in your bed, playing with your shitter"
Most of this is genuinely just. Ok. Somewhat decent. Except instead of constant 6.5's like Curtis it's like 6.0's or even lower for songs. Who gaf about ratings THAT much but you get my point. Goes out one ear and out the ... read more
This lively jazz rap production in combination with his (and the features) rapping style makes for a truly great combination
fell off worse then me
edit: okay wow now he REALLLLLLYYY fell off worse then me
genuinely impressed on how i wasn't bored and was in tact for 2 hours straight, i feel particularly vulnerable sometimes for albums dragging but no, this was just crazy back to back.
disc 2 is weaker then the first, but not by a incredible amount, count me incredibly impressed, especially with some of the topics being repeated (not 100% exactly but you get what i mean.) there's like only what, 2ish skips for me out of two discs, which is, once again, crazy to me
Great short collection of Dre songs, my favorites are probably "Diamond Mind", "ETA" and "The Scenic Route", all the features do there thing here. Black Privilege is probably the worse here even though it's fine.
I know some people don't really want it, but I wouldn't mind another Dre album nowadays. It'll probably never happen knowing what Dre is like but who knows.
This is incredibly overhated, I'll admit it's been literally like 4 years since I've heard a Joyner album other then this but this isnt THAT bad. Yeah there's quite a few misses and the therapist skits are horrible, like just plain fucking horrible, but there's some bangers here
FAVORITES: New Sofas, Active, White Noise
Least Favorites: Riot, Anxiety Wins, Tear Me Down
This might be the worse shit ever
The music
"Shit On Em"'s existence
The context of the introduction of this to me
I am actually shocked at how much surrounding, and in this album, is horrible
it's 20 because honestly a few songs arent horrible lowkey i got it a banger just ignore THE line
A good example of how a veteran can make a great album, you don't need to use mainstream production if you don't want to; this production sounds like something he could've rapped over many years ago, with a bit more of a modern touch for sure, but it's great.
Leave Me Alone is actually some incredible shit, dude i WISH it was mixed better, why THIS song. Dre's verse is great as always, the beat is a rare Swizz Beatz W (Dre also produces to be fair) and Ty is crazy ... read more

My name is Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, and I hate you. Here’s why:
1) You’re a retard. If you’re reading this, chances are you’re one of those Fall Out Boy-worshipping indie rock kids, and so chances are you hate Fiddy. That’s okay, because like I said, I hate you, too. I hate you like I hate everyone, but I hate everyone (you included) like a mean dad hates his ... read more
