Found this album scrolling around through reddit through a music post and I’m stuck in the middle. There are some true masterpieces on this album such as Little Dipper, The Pod and I Hate It Too. But some songs where they maybe just don’t click or I’m just not a big fan of. You’d Prefer An Astronaut is a great experience for music fans (especially Deftones) for it’s experience and influence even though it might not click for everyone.

Found this on some 16 year old kids topster scrolling through TikTok and this doesn’t fully disappoint. I think the album drops in quality dramatically in the last 3 tracks, 2 if you don’t count the bonus track. But for what the album is, it’s good.

Far from my favorite Deftones project, around the fur is a album that’s just above mediocrity but far below masterpiece. It’s cool for what it is.

Why did they eat so hard on this?

I had no expectations since this is a random group I found scrolling though spotify. But when I’m listening to honestly I’m like damn these three girls kinda ate with this. Upon finishing the short ep I wonder why they only have 52k listeners because the music is really good. I hope they get the recognition they deserve because the music definitely delivers and sounds like something a lot of K-Pop fans would like imo.

This album is LONG. Other than my horrible attention span causing me to finish this album in two days. It’s pretty darn good. Will makes me depressed yet again. Some songs fall flat because they were just plain boring to me. The only criticism of the album as the whole is for it to be shorter but that’s because my attention span is in the gutter 🤷.

Tbh it’s only right to rate this after their recent comeback and omfg. I don’t know what was in the studio or what god blessed us but this is the definition of a masterpiece.
