JULIAN TURN THE FUCKING AUTOTUNE OFF
originally there was a long paragraph about how “this sound would be soooo much better without the autotune” but it’s actually growing on me
an impressive release from a 12 year old. this could be the start of an incredible discography depending on how she improves with her next few releases
you delayed the album for 2 years and STILL couldn’t make it sound all that good??
bully is an odd amalgamation of the soul samples of TCD, the autotune of 808s, and the harshness of yeezus. most of the songs are only about 2 minutes long, with some barely being able to crack 1 minute. there are some highs and lows (pun intended) within the album but overall it’s a good listen! it does fall off incredibly hard during the last part of the album.
