The type of album your fifty year old uncle would send you just so he’d remain cool in your eyes after he accidentally dropped the n-word on thanksgiving

What started off as a fresh pop record quickly got stale around the midpoint
Le Jane Remover in le studio:

*adds video game sounds and really harsh noises*

Really mixed bag. At some points it is really trippy, at others it is a collection of what feels like Spiritualized B sides, and at the rest it sounds lost
For a sophomore album this is a step down in every way
WHERE ARE THE DRUMS ON ΔRPRΔTS!!?!?!?
I don't understand why people aren't as welcoming to this as they are to other albums. "It sounds different"??? okay and? They are one of the most sonically dynamic groups; listen to their earlier works
This one's really confusing. For the life of me can not get what they were going for here. Some good songs save it
It has a couple dashes of the greatness they'd go on to achieve, but other than that it just feels like an eighties rock album
Zero is superb; candy gun, schemes of the tails tails and infection defective are great; the rest comes and goes
