Future’s discography run pt.11
Lwk forgot I have to do self-titled and hndrxx first mb. So this album was one of the most bloated albums I’ve ever heard, the start has a couple good songs, but the end is so annoying to listen to. There isn’t much only good thing at the end is the mask off remix with my glorious king Kendrick Lamar duckworth. This is just generic trap, and the only redeeming song is mask off, and Future literally makes a better version of it at the end of the ... read more
Future’s discography run pt.13
Super Slimy was a disappointment for me somewhat because I love young thug and I love future, so a collab mixtape between them would be ideally one of my favorite albums. The first half of this project is pretty nice, all the way until Patek water, which after that, it kinda falls off. Moreover, future got out rapped by Thug on most of the songs, but I’m young thug’s individual song, he did terribly, making the worst song off the album. The ... read more
Future’s discography run pt.10
EVOL follows the same production style as purple reign and sounds pretty similar in ways, which isn’t a bad thing. I personally think this album is just a little over hated as it has a score of just below 70. The lyricism and production was pretty intriguing and I felt interested in the album the whole way through, and I didn’t really sense much bloating throughout the album, especially since it’s around 40 minutes so it’s a shorter ... read more
Future’s discography run pt.9
Purple reign is one of Future’s most solid projects. The production is nice and Future himself stays consistent throughout the entire project. The run time is pretty short for Future’s standards so there isn’t much bloating. Although Future had a major breakout moment on his other mixtape Monster with the unique trap production, he didn’t take that route production wise, similarly to what a time to be alive, and Future went with a ... read more
Future’s discography run pt.8
What a time to be alive is such an underwhelming mixtape. I am a major Drake hater and this is the first Drake project I have ever listened to in full; which is only because I had to do it for future. I feel like Drake did alright, but Future did so much better. The production on here is pretty solid and I loved seeing more of Metro like what happened with DS2. The lyrics are pretty good for a trap album, I felt captivated the entire time, and there was ... read more
