A bit of a return to form. This song sounds much better production wise than a lot of Weezer’s recent output. There’s some real punch to this track, and the atmosphere is great as well. The only thing holding this back is I find the lyrics to be a bit unengaging. Hopefully Weezer can build off this though, because I love this direction.
I love this type of overstimulating trap. The smiling friends skit was amazing too, so glad I clicked on this randomly.
I have very sensitive ears so the tone of this albums hurts me to listen to. That said there are some cool sounds but yeah I can’t listen to it for more than a short period without having ear pain. Would rate higher if I could listen to it more but yeah ):
