Solace artfully captures the emotional, spiritual and musical growth of the band, and leaves listeners yearning for more.
"Solace" sounds excellent. The production on each track is perfectly intertwined with the other songs on the album without sounding too similar. Every detail in the instrumentation keeps me entertained from start to finish. I dont think there is one beat I dislike. I'd have to say it may be one of my favorite sounding albums I've heard in the past year or two.

2016's Bloom was their breakout album and with this, it seems like the group forgot about what made them interesting. The music here feels so bland and lifeless...like it was made in a factory or by AI. Bloom had vibey production and a sense of lushness that is absent here. Surrender wasn't much better than this (their 2021 release) but it at least had a distinct electronic sound that yielded some successful tracks (On My Knees). To put it simply, this just feels really, really bland.
